Closet Look #19: Date Night

I walk out from my shower, to a beautifully wrapped box with a big pink satin bow on the top and a small handwritten note attached sitting at the end of our bed. The note reads, "To my wife, I know we both have been really busy lately but I wanted to make sure you know, I'm never too busy to show you how much I love you. Be ready by 7 pm tonight, the driver will take you where you need to be. Love, Jack" I smile giving the notecard a soft kiss, "I Love you too." Opening the box removing the wrapping paper, my eyes are greeted with a beautiful dress with couture crystal rhinestone embroidery, that shimmered so brightly in the light.

I hurry to get dressed. After I finish dressing, I give myself a once over in the mirror, approved of my look, I walk down to the car downstairs waiting for me. We head to our destination, my heart starts racing while looking out the window excitingly as we pass through the city. After driving for what seemed like forever, we pull up to a restaurant, where I see my husband standing outside. He turns towards my car, a smile covers his face as he looks me up and down, extending a hand to help me out of the car, I reach up, smiling back admiring how handsome he looked. He leans in giving me a kiss taking my hand to his he kisses it then leads me to our table.
